EX Aequo Rule.
In case of equality between two or more competitors, applied odds will be equal to the odds of acceptance divided by the number of participants on an equal footing.
For example, if two competitors with the odds of 3.00 and 2.00 achieve the same result (both are winners), the final odds will be 1.5 (3.00 / 2) and 1.00 (2.00 / 2).
14.1 – All bets are settled according to the official podium position published by FIA (Federation Internationale de l’Automobile). Any subsequent changes in results, whether due to disciplinary hearings or otherwise, will be disregarded.
14.2 – All bets on events which are postponed to a time which exceeds 24 hours after the originally scheduled start time will be void and set to 1.00.
14.3 – In the event of a withdrawal of all competitors or at least ¼ of the total drivers included in the starting grid, due to causes that differ from engine troubles during the race, all bets will be void and set to 1.00.
14.4 – Predictions of Pole Position, both winning head to head, will remain valid as long as the pilot predicted to be involved with the official qualifications,in case, for any reason, the pilot does not participate,all predictions related to the pilot will be considered void and set to 1.Predictions of the Race, both winning head to head, will remain valid if the pilot is a participant in the grid, otherwise all predictions related to the pilot will be considered void and set to 1.
14.5 – If a driver nominated in a head-to-head bet is not present in the starting grid, all bets are void and set to 1.00. If the competitor is disqualified before or during the competition, all bets on this competitor will be void and set to 1.00
14.6 – If a driver is disqualified after the end of official qualifying sessions, and the penalty affects a head-to-head bet (scheduled for the race), or a Winning GP bet, causing prices that are obviously wrong, Sogno di Tolosa reserves the right to modify prices and/or to void bets.

14.8 – WINNER / WINNER DRIVER
User will have to predict the Winning driver.
14.9 – WINNING CONSTRUCTOR
Users will have to predict the Winning Constructor for the Formula 1 Championship. This bet type is offered only for the Championship Antepost.
14.10 – RACE WINNING CONSTRUCTOR
Users will have to predict the Winning Constructor for the indicated Race. This bet type is offered for individual Races.
14.11 – HEAD-TO-HEAD
You have to predict which of two pilots completed the Grand Prix in the best position. If both riders fail to finish by going out on the same lap then bets will be void. Otherwise the rider completing most laps will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes. Predictions of Pole Position, head to head, will remain valid as long as the pilot predicted to be involved with the official qualifications, in the event that, for whatever reason, the driver does not take part, all predictions related to the pilot will be void and set to 1.I predictions of the race, head to head, will remain valid if the pilot is a participant in the grid, if not all predictions related to the pilot will be considered void and set to 1.

14.12 – CLASSIFIED/NOT CLASSIFIED
User will have to predict whether a driver will qualify or not at the end of the competition. Results are settled according to the official race classification disclosed by FIA. In Formula 1, in order to consider a bet as valid, drivers included in the list must be present in the starting grid and must take part in the warm-up lap. If one or more drivers start the race from the boxes, bets will remain valid provided that they will start after the race has officially started. If all these rules will not be respected then bets will be voided.
CLASS – The driver has to appear on FIA’s official race qualification
NO CLASS – The driver has not to appear on FIA’s official race qualification
14.13 – FASTEST LAP The users have to predict the driver who will achieve the fastest lap during the GP Race. Where two or more drivers should achieve the same time, they will all declared winning and their odds will be divided by the number of involved drivers.

Users have to predict the drivers who will classify on the podium.
14.16 – GROUP WINNER
For this type of bet users must predict the best placed driver at the end of the race, among the those listed in the group.
Should all drivers drop out, the driver that covers most laps will be deemed as winner. In case all drivers drop out, but two or more do so in the same lap, the concerned participants will be considered as equal and bets placed on them will be void and set to 1.00. If one or more drivers in the group are not able to take part in the race (for whatever reason), all bets placed on this group will be void and set to 1.00
14.17 – 1st Retired
You have to predict which driver will retire first during the Grand Prix main race. Should two or more drivers retire in the same lap, the odds will be divided by the number of pilots who have retired, regardless of the order of retiring. If the pilot will not be present in the starting grid, the odds will be considered void.
14.18 – HEAD-TO-HEAD FINAL WORLD DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIP
You may predict which driver will achieve better position from the two named pilots by the end of the championship of the current season.
If the two drivers have the same number of points in the standings, the winner will be declared by the same criteria used by the competent bodies, taking into consideration the best positions during the whole season.

14.20 Dual Forecast
You have to predict if among the couple of drivers offered by SDT one of those will finish the race in first and second position, either order.
14.21 In order Dual Forecast
You have to predict among the couple of drivers offered by SDT, one of those will finish the race in first and second position.
14.22 Doubles winning car
You have to predict if the two cars of the same racing team, one will win the race and the other will reach the podium position.
14.23 Nationality of the winner
You have to predict the driver’s nationality of the Grand Prix proposed by SDT. In case the driver won’t take part of the race all bets will be void
14.24 To win Free Practice Number..
You have to predict the driver that will win the free practice session proposed by SDT
14.25 The best of the group – Pole
You have to predict the driver from the group proposed by SDT who will reach the best position in the GP Qualifying. Any decision taken by relevant Federation won’t be taken in consideration. SDT reserved the right to solve any issues regarding the odds as mentioned in the point 4.12 of General Terms & conditions.
14.26 TOP SIX FINISH
You have to predict which driver will be classified in the first six position of the Gp mentioned by SDT.
